Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return Please contact us at sheersecret@outlook.com to initiate a return. Return address will be provided by our customer service team. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have already been shipped and are in transit
- Unsealed intimate apparel, bras, and bodysuits (excluded for hygiene and health protection reasons in accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without justification — except for unsealed intimate apparel excluded for hygiene reasons. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at sheersecret@outlook.com.
