At SHEER SECRET, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Window We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • All tags attached and intact
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Unsealed intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Refund Process

  1. Email us at thesheersecret@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at thesheersecret@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the new item to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping: Customer's responsibility
  • Exchange shipping: We cover the cost of sending the exchanged item
  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover all shipping costs

EU Customers EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at thesheersecret@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
